  My family and I went there last night and had a pretty bad experience here. It took a while just to get our drinks and after we did order. It took over an hour to get our food. That is after I complained about how long it was taking to get it. After we finally got our food. It was warm but not hot. It wasn't enjoyable at all and do you think the manager came up to us and apologized for the bad time. Nope. We will never go back again. The last time we went there when they opened. , we never even got to sit and eat because it was so unorganized and nobody knew what they were doing.

  This is my second time eating at El Loro
  I do not submit reviews often so I do hope the management of the establishment takes my comments into consideration.
  
  1. Service - We felt like we were eating at home; from the moment we walked in we were welcomed with a smile; Both times, our servers have been very attentive, and so polite a rare quality these days.
  2. Food - The food came out promptly and we loved the taste,
  So far we have tried, Fajitas, tacos and the Shrimp Cocktail. Please add more dessert options to the menu!!
  3. Drinks - Really good Margaritas and Micheladas!
  4. Ambiance - Fun place, great for families with small kids, large groups and couples
  5. The Restaurant is Very Clean including the ladies restrooms
